The client wanted 140 cookies to present to guests attending the birthday party for her daughter tuning 21 - Georgia. Georgia is blind and also on the autistic spectrum, so it was a special milestone for the entire family. The cookies were 4 inch hearts made from a modified NFSC recipe and iced in either red or purple fondant with contrasting RI piping, white RI lettering and GP flowers with silver cachous centres. Each cookie was wrapped in cellophane bag and tied with silver and red/purple ribbon. There was also a thank you card in braille attached to each cookie favor.
