The bottom is a 10", the middle is a 8" and the top is a 2-layer 6" that I carved down the base for a little to taper it like a cupcake and then there is a 1 layer 5" on top with a bunch of icing all around it. That darn bow on the side was HARD! I couldn't get the ribbon around the cake straight and the bow kept wanting to fall off! I had a toothpick AND pins holding it in! I'll keep working on that issue.
