This was for a surprise party for my DH's H.S. principal - children wanted gold and white with pink roses and lace. They loved it. Yellow cake, buttercream and all fondant accents. 50 (the 5 broke on the day of party, so made another one :) is gumpaste, hand rolled pearls and dusted with pearl dust.
