Happy Camper Birthday Cake
I made this cake in less than an hour (after baking). I was asked at the last minute to make a cake for a man that likes the mountains, fishing and camping. This is what I came up with from what I could find in the home.
Holy cows! That is fast! What are those rocks made from? What did you use to cover the cake? Fondant? I like your campfire. Very cute.
Fondant used to cover cake. However, I made the mistake of putting it in the refridgerator and the fondant cracked. Bummer! The rocks are chocolate covered candy. Glad you like it! Thanks!

Did you buy the cattails or they were purchased. They look real.
The cattails are toothpicks with brown colored fondant. The green stocks of the cattails are gummy straws that I slit in fours except for the end where I put the toothpick through. It worked out kewl!!
