This was donated to our local BIG THURSDAY event where churches bake goods to be auctioned off and then money goes to local organization to feed and shelter the homeless or those going through hard economic times. Strawberry cake with pink twinkie (marshmellow cream) filling and Chocolate Ganache icing.
