In community album: Square Wedding Cakes
Three tier square coconut cake.  Pans used are 6, 10, &14.  This is my first big cake!  What a nerve racker to flip the 16"!!  
I used Macs Moms cocnut wasc with a few tweaks due to lack of ingredients available in area. Filled with white chocolate raspberry ganache!! YUM!!  And went crazy making all the white choclate shells!

Beach Themed

Thank you so much for all your comments! I made the coral from royal icing. I found coral clipart on the web and placed wax paper over the image and used a #3 tip to trace it. I let it dry over night and removed the wax paper...EASY!
