Made this cake for my son's graduation. (His school finished at grade 4!! Hey I need any excuse to make a cake!) It's a chocolate fudge cake covered in MMF. I've had difficulties with this stuff. The texture is not quiet smooth, but I prefer it to fondant as MMF doesn't tear easily and can hide lots of bumps on a cake! Any tips on getting the icing smooth would be great. Thanks.
