I made these for my son's 7th birthday. The frosting didn't spread as smooth as I had hoped but my son and his classmates were more than happy with their pokeball cupcakes. What more could a mom ask for? :) These were made with buttercream frosting and I cut white gumballs in half for the white in the center.
