I made this using the wilton cupcake pan. Was really easy and fun. Looks a little more like an afro than I wanted, but other than that no complaints. I used chocolate buttercream for the bottom and cookies and cream/chocolate buttercream for the rosettes on the top. With a few chocolate chips sprinkled on for decoration.
