The first time I used fondant to cover an entire cake. It kept ripping. Made the head out of ricecrispy treats and it was very heavy and almost fell off several times. This was the biggest mess I ever got myself into. It had to be delivered 60 miles away and began to melt on the way. If I ever try another bust, I will rethink the structure and support, because 9 scewers was not enough. Good thing it was for family.
