For a friend's baby shower. Her nursery was airplanes, so I got a picture of the quilt and copied the airplane on the cake. I traced the outline on wax paper and outlined it in icing then turned it over and transferred the design on to the top of the cake. Used the colors of her nursery - blue and yellow.
