The bride chose 2 flavors, a genoise soaked in kirsche filled with fresh raspberry jam and topped with cream cheese/ whipped cream icing. Also a chocolate cake soaked in Gran Marnier filled with an orange chocolate ganache and topped with fudge icing. I designed the cake with an abstract flower design in Tiffany blue.
