French vanilla cake with french vanilla buttercream. The first picture the gal sent me for a cake was of the Wilton turtle! Blech! Actually, she wanted the wilton turtle as a smash cake (?) and plain sheet cakes for everybody else. I talked her into this! She absolutely loved it....told me a dozen times in about 5 mins!! LOL But I love that she loved it! I see a million things (mmm....probably everything?) that I would do differently, but I suppose I'm happy if she's happy! The cake on top is the birthday boy's smash cake. So after all the happy birthday singing all she has to do is pick the plate up and set it down in front of him!
