So much detail in this cake!!!! dounle barrel white choc berry base, frangelico choc mud top (6" and 2x 8" tiers) in buttercream, orgabza bow borders, toppers are gumpaste (chef with bordshorts and things on and mermaid) treasure chest and shells made from fondant, flowers are a mix of 5 fresh rose varieties with purple, lilac and clear swrofvski crystals scattered throughout, board is 'edible sand' (biscuit crumbs and brown sugar) and petals and two arum lilles completed the cake!! ( oh and notice the tray of 'baked hearts' thye chef is offering the mermiad and the treasure chest is fiulled with hearts also!!
