American Saddlebred Horse Cake

This is the logo for the American Saddlebred Horse Association. The young girl was turning 9, but had recently earned the World Championship at the old age of 8. She was to perform for the first time with her new horse at a show in Lexington, KY, and her loving mother made sure that Payton had a birthday cake, too. They drove it in their truck up to the horse track in Lexington. It is a chocolate cake with chocolate butter cream sitting in a modified box to handle the vibrations of the huge diesel truck in which they were riding to the show.
