I made this for my daughter's b-day this year. Taco's are her favorite food, so she was shocked to see a cake that was a taco. Big Hit! I just made an 8 inch round, cut in half, then flipped it up. The shell is fondant with chocolate jimmies rolled in. The meat is crumbs left from the extras cake, tomato is red twislers, cheese is white tinted chocolate, and a dollop of white b/c.
