This was a chocolate cake layered with raspberry marmalade, chocolate ganache, and Grand Marnier chocolate mousse topped with chocolate buttercream. The jersey was made with fondant/gumpaste as well as the baseball cap. However, since this was my first hat cake, I know next time I will not use gumpaste as it started to crack which you can see on the hat. Some room for improvement. Thanks for looking!
