6/10/12, BC iced, then covered with chocolate & fondant squares. I'm not happy with this cake. The icing didnt set right. I poured the chocolate too thick, so when I cut the squares, they were really too thick to look right. I should have left the fondant to dry a bit more before attaching, to make them easier to handle. Also should have cut ALL the chocolate squares while the chocolate was "kinda" warm. It got to cool & was hard to cut. Ended up remelting and re-cutting some.
