This is a wedding cake I did for a fall themed wedding this year. The leaves are molded with gum paste, I then brushed them with a warmed corn syrup and water blend which I mixed in brown and red color to give them the sheen. I piped on the branch with royal icing and added some wire and "berries" for a little extra.
