This cake was my first topsy turvy cake ever and I got paid for it! I make cakes for fun for family and friends so this was a super huge job! I'm just happy I got the cake to the wedding without it falling. I was so freaked out it would collapes and I'd ruin their wedding:) This cake had 14 inch, 12 inch and 8 inch tiers. It was about 2-2 1/2 feet tall. Almond white cake with almond icing.
