Juicy Hand Bag

This is my 1st handbag. I was really excited to try this but I ran into a bit of a problem. My cakes are all eggless and therefore my cakes don't have that heavier dense texture required to do a fondant cake. So when I was carving the cakes it was crumbling. I tried freezing and then carving but it would only last for a while and in it went back into the freezer. Other than that, everything else went really well. I actually goth this from another CC'er and I'm sorry I don't remember your id. This is a 5 layer devils chocolate with vanilla frosting. I picked from another CC'er that after the 3rd layer to add dowels into the cake( 3 of them) and then I put anoter piece of cardboard and then layered the last 2 cakes. The cake is very stable and I'm so happy with the result. I'll be taking this into work and its not anyones birthday, I was only doing a trial in case I ever have to do one: D TFL : )
