I made this cake for my niece's sweet 16 party. the bottom tier is a wasc cake filled w/raspberry and white chocolate bc. The middle tier is a dark chocolate cake filled w/chocolate ganache and coffee buttercream. The top tier is a strawberry cake w/strawberry icing (for the bday girl). Tiers are covered in fondant w/fondant details. I added the details to the "16" and made an attempt at using wire for the first time.
