So this was my first decorated cake ever. My brother-in-law is a horror author, and his wife wanted me to make a "book" cake with the cover picture on it. (The book is about zombie rednecks hahahaha and the title is "Deadneck Hootenanny")

Well, it absolutely does NOT look like a book, but I did okay on the zombie at least. I read somewhere to take fondant and then take a paintbrush with some of the Wilton colour and a little lemon extract and it worked pretty good.
