This is a chocolate mudcake covered in white truffle chocolate and fondant.  All edible.  I started with an 8inch square cake and carved from there.  Offcuts used for the wheels.

    Hi All, instructions for this cake are: start with an 8" square cake approx 3-4" high. Cut in half to give you two loaf shaped cakes. Cut 1/2 again and put on top of the 1st long peice to form the body and cab, shape this to the look you want. The remaining peice will be the bucket bit - again shape this to suit. I covered the body/cab with white choc ganache and then fondant. All accents are in fondant. Once the bucket is completed and covered in fondant secure to the back of the body . Hope ...
