My niece requested a Hello Kitty cake for her 7th birthday so this is what I came up with. Everything is done in fondant...Took forever to get the Hello Kitty topper right,,,,she looks simple but I actually found it pretty tricky getting her face right! Anyway, i guess it turned out all right! Cake is simple chocolate with buttercream icing. She loved it and kept the topper as a memory!
