where to start....5 cakes total on the stand...2- 2 layer 10" rd french vanilla, 2 - 2 layer 10" rd strawberry, 1-single layer 8" rd chocolate fudge (seat). Had 2 extra seat cakes and 1 extra drum cake to make up 200 servings. all covered in BC or chocolate BC and MMF or chocolate MMF. First time making chocolate MMF and it was delicious, but not quiet as stretchy. My dear husband made the cake stand to my blueprints. If anyone needs plans for a drum set cake, pm me and i can email you the template. Cymbals were gumpaste. drumsticks were MMF. Base drum is a dummy cake.
