This cake was for a Sweet 16 birthday. The girl had seen the Cake Boss sweet 16 cake and wanted something sort of like that. The bottom theme is a hockey theme, with edible images of her school, hockey school, and the two university's she wants to go to. The middile is a beach theme, with gumpaste and fondant accents, and the top is a gift box. TFL :)
