This was my 2nd topsy turvy and didn't go as well as the first. Fortunately it was for a friends wedding and even though it wasn't perfect, they insisted on paying me in full. I also did their cutting cake and 7 dozen cake pop favors. The top tier was Reeses. Milk chocolate cake with peanut butter ganache filling and iced in chocolate BC, vanilla MMF. The bottom tier was orange dreamsicle cake with boston cream filling and iced in vanilla BC, vanilla MMF . (Thank you gourmet flavors post for cake and fillings!!!) The whole thing was brushed in lustre dusts (as per request) and I was really proud of the flowers and the monogram which was my first one. TFL! :)
