This is a 3-D cake of Smokey, the University of Tennessee mascot. He has a chew-toy of their rival school, University of Florida's mascot Albert the Alligator, in his mouth. The birthday boy received this cake for his 30th birthday, which is why the number 30 is on the top of the cake. This was my first big 3-D cake like this - and I had a lot of fun making it.
