My little boy's 2nd birthday. He is in love with horses so he had a horsey party. I didn't want to tackle carving a horse so I decided on this. Wilton Star pan and a 6 in round. Covered in MMF. Rope and horse out of fondant as well. I had left over batter so I made some hay bales out of mini loaf pans. Dyed coconut and stuck it to butter cream.
