This is a cake that I made for my Uncle's wedding. Their color scheme was purples and blues and pretty much gave me free range to create what I wanted. It is a choc, vanilla choc (alternating layers) and is made with all fondant details. I hand piped the middle layer to give it and extra something and on the side incorporated E & L (the bride and grooms intials) as a private little memento to them. : )
