thanks, kelleygirl, just spread some melted choc. onto wax paper or parchment paper and run a spatula around in it. I let it rest a few minutes and run the spatula one more time to give it some grooves, when it is dry, I score it with a knife and break it into pieces.

Just a regular yellow cake inside, bc outside and giradelhi choc ice caps around the edge.
