My final cake for course 1. I decided to get creative with the cake this time, and made an an WASC cake with raspbery filling. It was yum! I had a heck of time learning how to make the roses, and didn't help I am left handed to boot! My instructor took pity on me and made me two roses, so the really nice looking roses where made by my instructor, the rest of the decorations are done by me tho. I had to give credit where credit is due. :)
