The was a fun cake... first time doing the diamonds pattern,... first time doing royal icing stenciling... I had a great time making this cake... and the bride absolutely loved it. All four tiers were a different flavour.. top tier was choc./vanilla marble with a chocolate mocha filling, second tier was devils chocolate with a strawberry fruit filling, third tier was lemon with lemon pudding filling and the bottom tier was French Vanilla with vanilla buttercream filling.
