Katie's Sweet 16?

OK, so this cupcake shoppe called & asked if I would do a cake for them. My first "commercial" cake. They baked, leveled & filled & I went to the shop to decorate. The 16 year old wanted all black fondant, which by the way made my own MMF for this & will never do that for a black cake again! I thought on the phone they were saying scroll work, but when I got there they wanted skulls! She wanted all black & white one layer checkered & one layer with sculls. She then wanted me to write in green on the top Happy Sweet 16 Katie. I was instructed no pink. I drew the line at the green writing & convinced them to let me do the 3D top you see. She picked it up yesterday, I hope she was happy. Definately not one of my favorites!
