Fiesta Bridal Shower

This is a 12" x 18" chocolate sheet cake iced in butter cream. The pattern on the edge and side of cake matches the napkin the customer gave me. It took awhile to cut all those strips out but it was worth it. The sombrero brim is made from fondant and the top of it is a mini wonder mold cake covered in fondant. Also fondant chili peppers. TFL!
