This is a cake I made for my nephew's birthday. The skin is made of butterscotch, the actual cake first layer was red velvet and bottom layers were chocolate. I sculpted the exposed skull and hand bones from fondant and covered with "skin" The brain in back is a icing bag filled with karo syrup and red food coloring. When the bag was squeezed at the party the right eye began to bleed and slid out of the cake to leave a bloody hole.
