I made this for a friend's baby shower. I wanted to surprise her, so the design is based off her bedding for the nursery. It was an 8" round that was chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream and a 10" round that was white cake with buttercream filling. It was done in BC and the decorations were made from fondant. The booties and pacifier were made from gumpaste.

Forget the baby booties and this would work for almost any celebration. One of the most charming cakes I've seen in a very long time.
