This was my first every wedding cake. I used Betty Crocker White Cake mix. The Cake is made of a 12", 8", and 6" round. I frosted each cake with Wilton's Butter Cream and then Covered them with Rhonda's Ultimate MMF, then dusted them with Wilton's White Pearl Powder. The Roses and Leaves are hand made from Wilton's ready made Gum Paste, then painted with Wilton's White Pearl Power mixed with Clear Lemon Extract. I don't think I will be doing another one anythime soon, unless I go to school for this.
