This cake was a challenge, as all have been, for me. Every cake is a learning experience. I took a sheet cake and carved out the general shape then covered it in fondant. The motorcycle is made from royal icing and took me two tries to get it right, having never used it before. When I put the motorcycle on the cake it cracked in half, but was easily repaired, it just wasn't fixed for this picture.
