I was asked to make a fish cake for a 10 year old boy. I used alot of ideas from Cake Central's gallery. I got the fish idea from Cookinqueen. The fish is done in fondant and the fishing pole is done is sugar paste. I then used wire for the fishing line so it would be stiff enough to dangle the hook and worm over the fish's mouth.
