Hawaiian Luau

Sweet 16 Hawaiian Luau party. Two tier fondant covered vanilla cake with stawberry buttercream filling (by request). This cake was made in 2007 and I was new to the business and could not find a hibiscus flower cutter so I made my own. All the decorations are made from gum paste. The tiki's have candles inside and looked amazing when lit in the dark. The birthday girl refused to cut the cake and kept it for a week I was told. Thank goodness I supplied them with a sheet cake as well.(not shown). I love cake decorating!
