This cake was made for my nephew's first birthday. He lit up when he saw Elmo. It didn't help that he attacked the cake and almost toppled it over. 6,8,10 inch marble cake with vanilla custard filling; covered in fondant, with fondant and BC accents. Elmo is a RCT with RI fur; eyes and nose are RCT covered with fondant. Cookie Monster cupcakes are vanilla and/or chocolate with BC; eyes are large marshmallows; very fun cake to make!
