this was made for a first birthday. the bottom tier is vanilla covered in buttercream with fondant decorations, the middle tier is chocolate covered in buttercream with fondant decorations. The top tier is vanilla covered in fondant. The horses are made out of 50/50 gumpaste and fondant. I loved doing this cake.
