This cake was inspired by SBOG's wonderful rainbow cat cake. It's my first two tier, and my first topsy. The bottom is 3 9in graham cracker cakes w/marshmallow, chocolate, and graham cracker filling. The top is 2 6in rainbow chip with strawberry buttercream filling. I was soo bummed..I had the icing pretty smooth, and overnight it settled and cracked and looks pretty crappy now. I'm terrified of transporting it. MMF cats and rainbow, starburst stars, and skittle borders. My hand is broken so my mom made the cats and my boyfriend rolled out the rainbow. TFL, and if you have any suggestions on making it more structurally sound, I would welcome them.
