Turning The Tables on Cake Central

I'm a first-time poster. My wife is emiyeric and she's on here all the time. Anyway, it's her birthday tomorrow, and she's on call at the hospital tonight (on a 24-hour shift, poor thing) so I've borrowed her cake gear, and with some help from the kids, made this. It's the first time I have ever done something like this ... I'm normally an "out-of-the-Duncan-Hines" cake-baker, but since Emi's been getting so into it, well, she deserved her own cake. It's the favorite flavor she has done so far - the Pink Champagne (the MacsMom recipe) with the Swiss meringue buttercream and coconut flavoring, with a marshmallow fondant. The kids made decorations for the top. :) I absolutely have a new appreciation for the work she puts into a cake, to make them as well and efficiently as she does!!
