8 chocolate cakes gave their lives to make this cake...chocolate ganache frosting on the volcano with SMBC lava. Royal icing cake board with fondant sharks, palm trees, and surfboard. The birthday boy wanted the plastic canoes and soldiers to be part of his cake. Dry ice chamber in the middle was a bit hit (a big thank you to Doug for helping me acheive maximum results with the dry ice). I cannot tell you how heavy this cake was, lol.
