Buttercream with fondant/gumpaste decorations. First time I've frosted a cake that wasn't still in a pan! I think it came out pretty good and I learned so much from the effort, especially the value of a Viva towell!! Can't wait for the next one. I've learned so much in the past couple of months from CC!!
