The Verrazano Narrows bridge, buildings and NY Plaque are made of pastiage. The land masses, (Staten Island, Brooklyn and Manhattan) are edible paper. The water is piping gel. The Statue of Liberty was a figurine given to me by the birthday girl to build the cake around.
