The theme for the wedding cakes was "the wedding dress". I designed a cake after a lehenga gown. 12-10-8 tiers covered in red fondant and approximately 9,000 sugar beads painted with edible gold glaze and gold petal dust. This was the hardest wedding cake I've ever done. I was very happy with the end result and ended up winning first place in the intermediate division. Happy looking!!
